a decent stay
great location cozy room worth upgrade small room uncomfortable bed limited refreshments
i found the location amazing. tons of shops and restaurants were walkable ,right in the heart of el born. the room itself was so big and cozy. i stayed in a beautiful double exterior and it was so worth it.
the room was very small , cramped for 3 adult women with 3 single beds , and one wardrobe. one of the beds looked quite make-shift and they were not very comfortable. there was limited complementary refreshments and not many facilities.

Acceptable stay with issues
rude manager cold water
The location was perfect for exploring the city because key attractions were a short stroll away.
The shower tap did not move for cold water so the chamber maid couldn't fix the problem. The assistant manager was very rude, and he didn't seem to care we did not have a good stay.

unclean pool unprofessional staff
The location proved convenient for exploring El Born.
I found the staff rather indifferent, with minimal greetings. One time, I misplaced a room key and a staff member told me, "Don't make mistakes anymore". I found that to be rather unprofessional and off-putting. The rooftop pool looked a bit unclean, especially the glass on the edge.

rooftop pool many choices
The location was perfect. it was close to many attractions and restaurants. I enjoyed the central location. the rooftop pool area was also a great feature. It was clean and offered nice views. the breakfast was inexpensive with a lot of choices!!!
The room was a little shabby. It was fine for a few days though.
